Elias was born and raised in the lower North Shore of Sydney in the leafy suburb of Willoughby. He went to school locally and attended local tertiary education institutions where he completed a Diploma  in Business (Real Estate Management) and a Certificate 4 in Financial Services. Elias achieved finalist as business person of the year 2023. He has worked in Real Estate agencies across Sydney in sales and property management. He has also built his own Mortgage Broking practice where he has helped hundreds of buyers achieve their dreams. He himself has purchased, renovated and successfully sold properties and businesses achieving results such as 40% increase in Capital Gain within an 11 month period. Elias wanted to create Reno Empire to assist people to add higher than expected returns and value to their assets.
